Virtual Staging FAQOrdering, Turnaround, Revisions & Pricing

Innovative Angle provides virtual staging, virtual renovation, and listing photo editing for real estate professionals across North America, operating out of Toronto and Calgary. Standard delivery is 48 hours; rush 24-hour service is available. Below are answers to the questions agents ask most before placing their first order.

Ordering

Contact us through the order form, tell us which service you need and how many images, and we'll send you a secure upload link. Upload your photos, add your style notes, and the Innovative Angle team handles the rest.
High-resolution photos of the space — JPG, PNG, TIFF, or RAW all work, ideally 1500px or larger on the long edge. Shoot from doorways or corners to capture the full room. Natural daylight produces the best staging results.
We offer six furniture styles: Modern, Scandinavian, Contemporary, Traditional, Coastal, and Industrial. You can specify colour palette, furniture type, or attach reference images when you submit your order.

Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from when we receive your photos and order details. Virtual Renovation may take up to 72 hours. Rush 24-hour delivery is available for most services at an additional fee — see our pricing for details.
High-resolution JPEGs at 300 DPI — MLS-ready and suitable for print — delivered through a secure download link sent to your email.

Revisions & Satisfaction

Every service, including Virtual Staging and Virtual Renovation, includes one revision. Additional revisions are available for $15 per image. With clear style notes upfront, most orders need no revision at all.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We'll revise your images until you're happy, and if you're still not satisfied after revisions, we'll work out a solution — we stand behind our work completely.

Pricing & Technical

Yes. Orders of 10+ images qualify for bundle pricing, and agents or developers with regular volume can set up a monthly retainer package. Get a custom quote.
Yes — this is one of our most popular combinations. We first apply a virtual renovation (updating finishes and fixtures), then stage the renovated space, showing buyers the property's full potential in a single image.
